Partnered with Mantel Group for guerrilla testing in Tab venues, gathering rapid, in-the-moment insights from real users to refine Venue Mode’s usability and feature adoption.
Led the design bridge between The Sporting Globe (TSG) loyalty app and the TAB app as part of the Venue Mode uplift. Engaged directly with key stakeholders at venues to align on business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
